Insurance Defense

We defend people, businesses, and governmental entities and employees that have been sued in civil lawsuits, i.e., lawsuits where the plaintiff is suing for money (and sometimes for other things, but usually money). We have vast experience with these cases and we litigate them all day long. Sometimes we’ve been hired by an insurance company to defend their customer (or their “insured”) and sometimes people, governments, and businesses hire us directly. Either way, we get them through it.
